Return & Exchange Policy
The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through our website. Returns and exchanges on items purchased from departmental stores will not be entertained. Kindly refer to individual departmental store's exchange policy.
We hope that you have enjoyed shopping with us. However, if you are not fully satisfied with our products we are happy to offer an exchange within 7 days from the day you received your orders, kindly ensure that the merchandises are in a reasonable, resalable condition with the original packaging. For hygiene purposes, Oasis Living will not accept any returns of products that have been removed from their original packaging, used, stained, torn, washed, and/or with traces of fragrance or odours. Oasis Living reserves the right to reject any returns or exchanges that we deem unfit for return. Top-ups are required if items intended for exchange are of a higher price than the original items but no refunds will be made for items of lower price.
If your items are found to be damaged, we will offer a full refund of the item or an exchange within 7 days from the day you received your orders.
Your payment for the goods will be refunded via your original payment method, no later than 3 weeks after we have received the returned merchandise. Please note that shipping and handling charges and sales tax are not refundable.
Kindly provide your proof of purchase for all exchange and refund matters.
All Clearance items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Customized items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. However, we understand that there may be miscommunications and we will try our best to alter your customized items as per your specifications.
